Description: This painting depicts designs associated with the rock hole site of Marrapinta, situated in a creek west of the Pollock Hills in Western Australia. A group of Nangala and Napangati women camped at this site during their travels west. This is a sacred womens ceremonial site surrounded by Tali. The U shapes depict women's body paint designs used while performing their sacred ceremonies.
