Description: This traditional vibrant design depicts womens travelling paths from Palya to Karku in Western Australia. The women are collecting bush tucker, Yurmuli (bush plum) and Pula (bush apple). They paint their woman’s body paint designs to sing and dance wearing their hairstring skirts to perform womens ceremonies where they also initiate and teach their young women to their culture and Dreamtime stories which go back 40,000 years.
