Clarice Morgan Nungurrayi

Clarice Morgan Nungurrayi was born 7th November 1966 at Alice Springs.
She is from the Pintubi/ Luritja Tribe.
She lives at Mt. Liebig and has been painting for the Watiyawanu Community Art Centre who have been successfully selling her work Worldwide since 2000.
A highly talented artist in her own right who comes from a long line of artists, her grandfather is Shorty Lungkata and Joseph Jarra is her step father.
In March 2007 Clarice and Maureen Napaltjarri were selected by Glenis Wilkins arts Coordinator for Watiyawanu Art Centre to attend a highly successful group exhibition of leading Watiyawanu artists at ReDot Gallery in Singapore where all of her paintings were sold.
One of her works a 120cm x 200cm sold for SGD15600.
Japingka Gallery, Fremantle has also exhibited her work successfully.
As an artist in residence she was proud to promote her culture thru her artworks
