Description: A sacred traditional Dreamtime Story depicting in times of drought senior men (and women) would go to sites like these and perform the rain-making dances and songs. It was the rain making ancestors who created sites like these as they travelled across the land during the creation times, also called The Dreamtime in English, and the Tjukurpa by the desert tribes. As well as the wavy lines depicting the running water, the round circles represent clouds. The central wavy line represents Lightning. The large U shape represents old man Kiko singing for rain with his clap sticks. The bird’s feet represent the Ingrid Bird who moves the rain to other places. This area is a sacred mens ceremonial site where initiation ceremonies are performed. An important design at a Great Sale Price
